MORRISONS WHOLESALE SPECIFY SECURESEAL FOR SAFEWAY FLEET

London, UK, 08 January 2018 -  We are proud once again to support UK DHL Supply Chain operations with the introduction of SecureSeal on 137 new vehicles for the newly created Morrisons Wholesale distribution fleet. The fleet is managed by DHL and built and supplied through Solomon Temperature Controlled Vehicles.

 

Supermarket group Morrisons won a supply deal last with convenience store operator McColl's Retail Group to supply fresh produce and grocery across its 1,300 convenience stores and 350 newsagents. This move will also see exclusive rights of the relaunched Safeway brand as part of a wider plan to build its convenience store presence, which included a pilot of a new convenience store offering, Morrisons Daily, in 10 petrol station shops owned by forecourt operator, Rontec.
