Poundland recognise the potential impact on the community of waste generated from daily operational activities. Whilst at the same time acknowledging the importance of a rigorous and robust security sealing policy to protect the integrity of their goods in transit.
By specifying SecureSeal on new trailers from Cartwrights and Tiger Trailers, not only do Poundland implement a more robust security sealing policy, but they also actively reduce the volume of waste created by single-use-plastic seals.

Poundland is a British variety store chain founded in 1990, selling most items at the single price of £1, including clearance items and proprietary brands. The first pilot store opened in December 1990, and today an estimated 7 million customers shop in Poundland weekly.
