Jason was quick to meet on site and provide examples of sealing options that may suit our need, and to work in conjunction with SecureSeal's TelemtIQ monitoring software that has become so key to what we do. The SecureSeal devices themselves provide us with a unit that is both robust and reliable, with SecureLogger providing the seal activity audit data we require; and all at a cost lower than we were used to.
Having established that the devices were a more than suitable replacement we have made SecureSeal Systems a preferred supplier and continue to add to our current fleet as required. With the product side catered for, it is relevant to mention that the customer service provided has been excellent, with Jason in regular contact making sure we are happy with the product and attending site if required.
